Welcome to BBetCity. This Terms and Conditions document governs your use of the BBetCity platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided under the BBetCity brand.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

These terms constitute a legally binding contract between you (the user) and BBetCity (the platform operator). BBetCity reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time, and you are advised to review this page periodically.

2.1 Age Restriction

The BBetCity platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 years and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or using any BBetCity services. BBetCity reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and will close any account that does not meet this age requirement.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

All members are required to complete an identity verification process (Know Your Customer – KYC) before making a withdrawal. Documents that may be required include:

• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months)

2.3 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) BBetCity account. Creating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonuses, evade restrictions, or engage in any other fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Each user is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their BBetCity account username and password. You must notify the BBetCity support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.

3.1 Security Responsibilities

• Never share your password with anyone, including customer support — the BBetCity team will never ask for your password.
• Use a strong password that combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device.

3.2 Suspicious Account Activity

BBetCity continuously monitors account activity to detect any suspicious transactions or login patterns. If our system detects unusual activity, BBetCity reserves the right to temporarily lock the account for investigation and will contact the user via their registered email address.

4.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the account holder's own name. BBetCity does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Accepted deposit methods include FPX, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and select cryptocurrencies.

BBetCity is not responsible for any processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet operators. If a deposit issue remains unresolved after 30 minutes, please contact our customer support with proof of transaction.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed within the specified timeframe based on the chosen method. All withdrawals are subject to standard compliance checks, and complete KYC documentation is required before the first withdrawal can be processed.

• Withdrawals only to an account or wallet registered under the same user's name

8.2 Account Closure by User

Continued use of the BBetCity platform after the effective date of any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, please stop using the platform and contact us to process your account closure.

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through consultation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties may refer the dispute to the relevant arbitration authority.

12.2 Language of Agreement
